We actually picked this up for an elderly family member. The amount of information on the display really helps them keep up with things, especially living in a care facility.The clock itself is cute, easy to set up, uses a standard USB for power, but the BIG stand-out for this clock is the SCREEN. The screen/display with all of the current info looks absolutely amazing. We haven't taken it outdoors, but indoors it doubles as their night light. We've visited them pretty much any time of day and can see it easily even when the sun is coming through the window, so the screen is a HUGE selling point as well in my opinion.

This is a nice clock for a young child. The noise function, nightlight and just how the display looks is all great for kids.The price is right and its a great value.

I wish it was a little more modern and more customizable options but it does exactly what it needs too. My son loves having a clock he can keep track of time with and he's feeling so much more independent now that he has his own alarm clock to wake him up for school in the mornings. The screen is huge, so kids can see easily and the auto dimmer for nighttime is great. I don't think it's worth a $50 price tag, maybe around $35 so if its ever on sale I would definitely purchase!

A clock that does not dim. I like the overall shape of it, which is kid-friendly, but not the display. It has three display modes, but none of them dim. It may function great during the day, but at night, I will absolutely keep it out of the bedroom. For around $50, there are considerably better possibilities.

PROS: It is dimmable. Another reviewer said it wasn’t. You can dim the entire screen. The image is crisp and clear. I like the moon that will show for the time you set for bedtime. It will show a sun for when you select the wake up time. The color strip at the bottom will come on at your set time. This color red, yellow or green will stay on for 10, 20 or 30 minutes (which is selected by you). No color will show when it isn’t sleep or wake up.CONS: It states you can select month, day and year in this order. When you select this it doesn’t show up correctly. The closest you can get to that order is seen in my pictures. Which shows year, month and day. The green, red and yellow light only stays on for 30 minutes. It should be an hour.COMMENTS: Pretty expensive so one star off for that. It has a lot of options and takes a bit of fooling around with the settings until you understand them. It is easy for me after playing around with it. The dim setting is OK. I wish it could dim more but it isn’t super bright. On the bright setting it is very bright. I like that I can tell my grandkid she can’t get out of bed until the light is green. But if she misses that 30 minute green light it may confuse her. I wish the light would stay on for an hour. Because sometimes she wakes up at 6:30 and other times at 7:30. If I have the green light set for 6:45 and I don’t want her out of bed until 7:30 the light will have gone out by 7:15. Should really have this light that it can stay on for an hour and not 30 minutes.
